Where does my joy come from today.....
..... found two fabulous Spark Videos for back exercises and stretching out my pesky back/hip area. Added them right in to my SparkTracker. I love that feature.
..... pretracked my food for today and am sticking with it. Mostly healthy stuff except my McGriddle that hubby tends to bring me from night shift as breakfast in bed.
..... decided to put together a daily checklist as seen on one of my Shooting Stars Team mates blogs. Right now, I am still working on getting that finalized, but here is a rough draft:
Drink 8 glasses of water
10 min Cardio workout before starting the day
5 Minute core workout
10 Minute yoga/stretching
Tracking all food in the SparkApp at the latest before going to bed
