Today the plan was to do some yoga, exercise, and then cardio. I got to bed late (11:30ish) and then kept waking up thinking it was time to get up. I've been up since 5:30 and I cant get a nap in today because I'm babysitting. I am sooooo tired and to make it worse its on and off rain today. Rain makes me a little tired. So yeah, this day is poo.

I did do my yoga today and while I was doing it I could feel how tight my body was. Since I hardly got any sleep and my body is tight I've decided to just do yoga this week to warm my body up. Im going to do some in the mornings and before bed. In the middle of the day I might do some hip opener moves and some for my lower back.

Im also going to do some stretching. I need to get this body loose like a goose :)

    It'll get even looser if you warm up with a few minutes of marching in place, unless you can walk a bit. Don't start cold.
