Looking for answers please

I am a active person but still can't get rid of my baby belly the only time I sit is to sleep. My diet. Is pretty much healthy just won't go my weight dont change what in the world am I doing wrong?

    That's often the last place you lose. Doing core workouts can firm the muscles and eating a calorie deficit will eventually cause the fat to go.

    Ditto what's been said. Measure, weigh and track your food. You might be surprised that your portions are bigger than you think, which of course, increases your calorie consumption.

    Definitely agree w/the strength training. Muscle is the furnace of our bodies -- it burns the calories!

    She's right also I eat a higher protein or I don't lose are you doing any strength training ? There are a lot of free things on you tube

    Make sure you track all calories eaten. And record all calories burned. If I don't I never lose weight
