Time for Changes

Friday, March 03, 2017

There is a quote that goes "nothing changes if nothing changes".
It is time to make some changes. I have been eating the same way for years and nothing changes. I eat small breakfast and lunch to get my blood sugar levels down to where normal used to be then normal dinner. Blood sugar level still okay BUT then because I haven't eaten the calories I need I eat anything not nailed down. And blood sugar level high in morning - duh!
Today I ate more for breakfast and blood sugar was right where my doctor wants it - not where I want it (much lower than doctor). Ate more for lunch and blood sugar level was where I wanted it (too low for doctor). Enjoyed a nice dinner out and brought half home because I was full. I will see where blood sugar levels are tomorrow morning and how the eating goes tonight. Right now I am still full and not wanting to eat.

Positive changes are always good even if we don't like them. Keep evaluating your eating patterns and make the necessary adjustments!

I think it's really difficult to get meals regulated, blood sugar where it should be and not over or under eat!!
Hoping you will get it straightened out soon. Sounds like you are on the right path!!
    Thanks for sharing!!
