getting better

Friday, March 03, 2017

I think it was on the 20th of last month that I re-caulked the tub and pulled a muscle. When looking at pictures I would say it was the serratus anterior muscle, that general area. It hurt to breathe deep, bend over, reach, cough, yawn, laugh. and lay on the opposite side (the left). Now it just hurts when I yawn and bend over. It went from a stabbing sharp OMFG pain to some slight pressure.

Now that I am able to breathe right I can get back to exercising. I want to head to the gym so I can get on the bike for an hour or so. Im thinking sometime tomorrow and maybe even Sunday. I would love to start going everyday but right now I think I just need to try to go when I can. I just need to work on a routine to get housework done so that I have time to leave the house**.

**If you havent read any of my past blogs I stay at home and take care of my grandma. I also take care of the house and babysit Monday thru Wednesday. I share a car with my aunt and I rarely leave the house.

Monday I am picking back up on my exercising. I feel like I wasted Jan and Feb. March is my "kick in the butt" month.
