After I weighed this morning, I realized that I'm only 18 pounds from breaking the 200 barrier. I see this as great motivation to stick firmly to my ranges and get that 18 pounds gone forever. If I work on it, I can have it gone before my daughter goes back to school. I know it won't melt away like my first 18 lb loss, but I'm going to give it a good try and see just how close I can get!
Time to start scheduling my exercise again and treating it like any other important appointment. I'm doing well with my After 8 challenge so I'm considering extending it. I know that I will have evenings when I end up having dinner late, but can go for at least 80% adherence.
I've been slipping on eating more vegetables, so I made a big pot of vegetable stew today and froze individual portions to heat up for the meals that are veggie-low. I'm also going to go back over my food logs and find low-cal meals that I haven't had for a while.
Time for me to start anew and get moving!
