Peaceful easy feeling

As for today I am at peace with my struggle with food. I am still going strong with avoiding processed food. My appetite is at peace. I am still not having any cravings for sugar laden foods and processed food like white flour, and other "white foods". It really helps when I eat a protein, vegetable and a whole fruit 5 to 6 times a day. It's incredible how I feel. I'm simply not hungry like I used to be. I am so thankful that the ugly binge monster is locked up tight in his dark and forboding cave. I am living in the moment and relishing in it.
