I was feeling like a complete jackhole today and yesterday. I just wanted to lie on the couch, eat anything that wasn't moving and become like a sloth. Good thing for me I pay a good chunk of change to see a personal trainer once a week. So I went to the gym today, took 30 minutes to warm up on the treadmill and then met for my 30 minutes with her. I feel so much better right now. My attitude is changed and I am back to where I prefer to be. All it took was a weight bearing workout, because just cardio wouldn't have done it. I was sweating, and finding new muscles and now I want to find some videos out here to help me with my balance as well. So when the get bent anger monster invades your head, push him out with some good old fashioned hard work.
