Getting better

The physio was pleased at the improvement to my shoulder, so she said it was ok to do a bit of work at the gym, starting with more movement, as long as I didn't push it, or do certain things, such as putting the barbell across my shoulders. So no heavy squats, still! I was doing really well with those too. I'd got up to sixty kg's.
Oh well, not the end of the worls. I can do different things for now. Work on progressing that decline leg press. Did 130kg on that this last Saturday.
Anyway, after talking to her, I did a good upper body workout, lots of different things. I've missed my rows!
