Another blessed day

I didn't sleep too good last night. That's OK the though. I will make it a good happy day. Today I have some errands to run then I'll be taking my grandson to the park for our daily walk. It always makes me feel better to get outside in the fresh air. Yesterday I went to the gym and had a great workout. I have been focusing more on strength training instead of cardio. I am starting to see better results. I have lost an inch on my waist, thighs, and upper arm.

Well, gotta get going.....
