I've been really struggling with staying on track since I finished reviewing the Beck Diet Solution. I am still planning and tracking, and filling in my checklist every day, and yet there seems to be a point every day where I am able to sneak past myself and go off track. Working it all out is a constant process.... One thing I absolutely need to do is make sure there is no real cooking involved at the the day. If I plan something that needs a little preparation and I get home on time, that's fine. But if I get home late and decide to change up my plans, I usually end up consuming more than planned. I'll plan on doing more meal preparation this weekend so I'm ready. I also have been craving sweets. That is purely for comfort, I am sure. My husband had been struggling with kid issues again, and that's hard on both of us. Meanwhile, I miss my son, who moved halfway across the country two weeks ago. We talk a fair amount but it's a big change. I did yoga this morning and it felt great, both spiritually and physically. A good start to the day. And I also plan to walk at lunch - it's blocked off on my calendar (thanks, ONEKIDSMOM!) Wishing everyone happy Sparking today!

    I have been using my crockpot more and more and it is sooooo nice to just throw the ingredients into that contraption and 8-10 hours later, dinner is served. I try to use it a couple of times a week or more!

    Evenings are the most difficult part of the day for many of us,
    it is a smart step to make preparations so that you don't have to cook for long.

    My son moved an hour away and I'm struggling. Change is tough for sure. You have your head on straight.

    Prep your veggies on Sunday so you can add to a salad or make soup quickly when you get off work. Do you have a Vitamin? Hot soup takes 5 minutes. Glass containers keep things for about 5 days whereas plastic only a couple days.
