February is Heart Health Month....

Since February is Heart Health Month I've been working to eradicate my diet of any junk. No more sodas & only coffee on weekends. Otherwise its just water, all day, the 8-10 cups of pure water is good for the whole body & helps me feel better, not crashing from sugar ups & downs.
Also, I've been doing extra walking with Mom in the hospital, it's quite a trek from the parking lot to her room. I even turned down the offer to ride the shuttle from the parking lot to the entrance. I figured those extra steps are good for my
I also try to do ST during bathroom breaks & trips to the fax machine, it's a great way to add extra movement to my day.
