I have been staring at the number 158 point somethin for at least 3 weeks now on my scale. It is quite frustrating! I know it's great that I am not gaining, but I am still tired of seeing that number! I guess it could be my hypothyroidism keeping me from losing the pounds faster, or maybe I need to be more disciplined in my eating, I don't know...... I know it is so much better than where I started at 202 pounds, but it is just frustrating! I am going to fine tune my diet this week and maybe change up my work outs, and see what happens!
