6 month mark and 40 lbs off!

I weigh 203 pounds now. (One-der-land is right around the corner). I am 5'5" and fit loosely into a size 16, but 14 is a bit tight. I started off September 1st in a tight 18, loose size 20. I just took 2 bags of clothes to charity which included anything over a size 16. I will not go back this time!
I track my food daily and try to stay within my calorie range of 1500-1750. I have had treats, but track them. I exercise for 1/2 hour 5 days a week. At least one of those days, I up it to 40 minutes and try to burn 1600 calories a week. I do strength training 2 or 3 times a week, mostly with 10 lb weights.
I have the Premium Sparkpeople package and write to a Spark Coach once or twice a month. I have been eating out of control on several occasions in the past 6 months and they have talked sense back into me. For $30, it's a great program!
I guess my secret to success is consistency. Small changes over time and sticking to the program despite the urge to eat junk food. It happens. We are only human. Just ask for help and get back on track.
