Stressing!!!

I have gained all the weight back I have lost I am back up to almost 225. College, moving, eating horribly, stress it's all adding up. I threw out my back on top of having a respiratory virus. I'm finally getting better doctor said I should lay off the walking for a week....I am in a walking fitness class in college...ugh!!! So the Dr suggested I look into different exercises to strengthen the back, legs, and abs. I ask my professor if she had any suggestions, said she didn't feel comfortable suggesting any I should get them from my Dr......I can understand this but so frustrating she did suggest I could try the stationary bike if it didn't hurt my back to still be able to do some cardio...did 4 miles before my chest was on fire.....Anyway, rant over just frustrated with myself once again......
