LBF Day 2

Since writing my last blog, I took a step in the right direction and joined a Spark Team called Living Binge Free. It's a great resource and I look forward to my first 4-day challenge. I've chosen to use tracking as my first goal. Here are the struggles I overcame:

1. Making a smoothie instead of cereal because I would have eaten two bowls
2. Ignoring the cookies on the counter
3. Ignoring the peanut butter jar after dinner
4. Turning down half of my daughter's soft pretzel
5. Ignoring the potato chips on top of the fridge
6. Ignoring the Lindt truffles -- my Valentine's Day gift from hubby, but I know I can't stop

This is how my day looks. This is how I face down temptation, one at a time. Tomorrow is a new day. Wish me luck.
