Small changes, big results

I began walking about 2-3 weeks ago and I can tell the difference in my breathing when I climb a flight of stairs. Yesterday we went on a family trip to the Georgia Aquarium and I made the conscious descions to take the stairs each time instead of the elevator/escalator.
I'm so proud of myself for sticking to my program and being mindful of the healthier I'm making.
