Thinking, evaluating, and planning are great tools. They can help us figure out what worked, what didn't, and what we can do to be ready for the future.
But sometimes we dwell on the negative----what we did wrong, how we will never lose the weight, and all of our shortcomings.
How much better would our outcomes be if we spent that energy envisioning ourselves being successful in our pursuits? Picture ourselves following a healthy eating plan and engaging in more active lifestyles?
Our thoughts become things. They become our realities.
