I have lost the weight and am now in maintenance. I did it by cutting sugar, eating egg white omelets for protein, and green carbs. One apple every day. I will soon go 100% vegan by cutting out omelets. Most importantly, I am happy with this lifestyle. I wish the same for all of you, whatever road you choose to get there.
