Exhaustion and goals

I'm exhausted and finding the daily grind of everything is wearing on me. Maybe I need to set some small goals to help me focus on feeling better. Any ideas?

    Sometimes when I feel that way, I try to set a small daily goal or weekly goal. Like today it's "Update Quicken." If I do nothing else today, I will update Quicken and rejoice that it's done.

    I am super busy 7 days of the week. So, the daily grind wears on me quite often. When I started on Monday, I decided to set small goals and go slow because I dont want losing weight to become another stress.
