Spring It On BL Challenge starting soon!

Hi everyone! Today was final weigh-in for the winter round of the BL challenge, and invites for the spring round will be going out soon!
If you're looking for a challenge and ready to make a commitment....I have the challenge for you!
Biggest Loser is the name. It's a 10 week commitment with 10 teams of 24 members each. Main requirements are to weigh in each week and do the interteam challenges (ITC's). Our inter team challenges consist of exercise and nutrition. They are very helpful in losing the weight and inches and it's fun to compete with other teams for points. Individual teams may also have mini challenges of their own. If you are interested, go to my spark page and click on the blue Biggest Loser team icon. SPRING CHALLENGE STARTS THE WEEK OF MAR. 8th!
