I got my step equivalents on stat bike and MEW, rainy outside. I did two bikes sets one late at night. My wife made chill, I overate chips! Nothing weighed, son home for dinner.
I was impressed with MEWhite and her program, which I wound up watching at 4AM on PBS. I saw a short on youtube. Seems like a more active Tai Chi type program, somewhat. I will do more homework and perhaps hit the library for a DVD? Or I may just stay on youtube. I certainly underperform with streching. This could be positive. Any endorsements?

    Sounds good! I have been doing her program for over a year, and am also avoiding gluten, sugars, dairy.Arthritis is much improved, I feel more flexible, better muscle tone, better posture and people who had not seen me in over 6 years tell me that I look younger now than then. Miranda has a book out:'aging backwards'......And you can check her website.
