Very upset today

emoticon Very upset today, worked out really hard this week and all I lost was a pound, really? it's so hard to lose this weight, looks to me like I will be losing my mind first. emoticon

I am really trying, anyway I'm going to keep at it, I will rest my body today and try not over indulge, I will start all over again tomorrow and how for a better result next Sunday morning. emoticon

    I lost my first 15 lbs by logging every calorie intake which I set 1200 for myself and a lot of the time did not even reach that amount. My first month was very very minimal exercise like a 2 mile walk once a week. I'm just saying....not to fret about the exercise thing. Just be true to yourself. You can work up to more exercise (if you choose to) so...Best Wishes on your successful journey!!

    Also you may tone up (lose inches) before you lose weight. The scale only gives you your weight, not your full results. Not sure what your stats are starting out but are activities getting easier? Are you clothes feeling slightly looser?
