-I earned 665 fitness minutes this week, and I burned 2,525 calories!

-Including exercise, I averaged 895 net calories a day, which is right on target.

-The weight loss is slowing down. One day this week I hit 163 even. The doctor also put me on prednisone to kick the inflammation and cough, so maybe that played a role? I think I am maintaining 165 pretty consistently. I am looking for a breakthrough!
