I made it through the first day of my new eating program and ate 1247 calories. There were cookies in the house and I bagged them up and gave them to Doug early in the morning. I ate some almonds when we went on a day trip. Later I found that they have more calories than I had thought, but it was okay. I made a big salad for dinner and that made up for the almonds.
