Zero Control with Bread

I'm just introducing grains back into my diet after a month long paleo fast and I have come to a conclusion. I cannot handle breads... I'm not intolerant of them but it just opens too many temptations. So starting now I'm off breads for a while. Maybe I'll introduce them back in but I want to continue loosing weight. Last month I lost 10 pounds! So this is me realizing my problem, admitting it and moving forward!

    I'm not doing bread either since it was becoming a snack! You can get grains other ways that are more healthy. Google it. There should be info there. Good luck to you!!
