February Goals....

I'm finally getting back on track with my A&I team BSG challenge, I've missed being away for a couple of months but LIFE has been so busy with a 18 month in the house lately.

My goals for February are:

*Continue my daily water intake of 10 cups daily
*Strive for 7- 8 hours of sleep each night
*Continue keeping my blood sugar under 130
*Adding ST to my work breaks
*Lose from 174 down to 170

I'm ready to get myself back on track & continue pushing ahead as I work on a new & improved ME. Who's ready to make the journey with ME, emoticon together.
