Down 1/2 pound

I weighed myself this morning and found that I am down 1/2 pound from last weeks weigh-in. That is a small loss, but a loss nonetheless.
I have had a lot of off-plan eating. It is a struggle to get back on plan with me. It seems like the off-plan foods I had eaten managed to get a stronghold on me and I am finding it hard to shake free from it.
Slowly, I am getting my mindset back to where it should be. First, I need to remember why I want to eat healthy and that is so that I will be healthy and active in my later years. That should be reason enough for me to get with a program, any program because I am getting up there in years.
