Chocolate Natto

Back in Aug 2014, I posted a blog about making Natto. Over the years I had no problem making them, it's the eating part that I found a hassle. I got annoyed with the stickiness of the string, so I quit making Natto. But since I've been experimenting with chocolate chips lately, I thought maybe the chocolate can solve the stringiness problem with Natto. I wasn't disappointed. Chocolate Natto isn't bad. In fact, I think it can be pretty good if I use more chocolate next time. I could even run into the problem of eating too much at once. My problem is solved. I think Chocolate Natto may become a regular part of my diet.

Transfer Natto to the pie dish:


Added the chips and heated low for 20 minutes:
