Well, after getting very relaxed with my eating, I am between 7-10 pounds outside my maintenance range these days....booo!
It's really not even so much about weight as it is about going up a size. It was sooooooo wonderful to know that I could wear everything in my closet comfortably. I never stopped exercising - it is a big part of my daily routine and I love it - but food is definitely more important in maintaining weight (or losing) than exercising. Like they say, you can't out-train a bad diet. And what's the other saying....great abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym! So I'm going to be more active here on Spark in hopes that all your inspiration will keep me more accountable. Please let me know how you're doing, what you're cooking (I am feeling uninspired and kind of overwhelmed with figuring out what to make all the time...ugh!!) and about your successes!
