Wow, a whole month went by and I didn't even journal about my successes last month. It was a good month.

Jan 1: 200.8 lbs.
Feb 1: 177.0 lbs
I lost 23.8 lbs last month


My DAILY Goals for February 2017:

1. Drink 8 cups Water.
2. Walk 10+ minutes.
3. Strength-Train 10+ minutes on Mon/Tues/Fri.
4. Eat no more than 20 Net-Carbs total for the day.
5. Get at least 7 hrs Sleep.
