My family is back on the military diet 5 days a week. This works for us, might not work for you. I am using Spark recipes and mindful eating on the weekends. When I drink, I am drinking dry red wine (which is my fav).
I am down 11 pounds. I exercised 5 days a week and was very active on the weekends.
I've never heard of the "military diet" but if it's working that's fantastic! It's great that your family is in it together. Now I'm craving wine, lol. I usually like Riesling or Moscato... sweet stuff! I use red when cooking though... going to use some Cabernet in a pot roast this weekend!
