    They can but all depend on the person if it is something that you do not like then you are likely not to make it to the 30 days. Do something that you like and you are more likely to put time in.

    There is nothing wrong with a 30 day exercise routine as long as you have a plan for after the 30 days, it is good to change around your exercise.

    Everyone's metabolism is different. You won't know if 30 day plan works until you try it. Keep a log, be honest and go easy on yourself. Change takes time. Give yourself praise for caring enough to try.
