I swear that I did a blog last week but it's no where to be found. Anyway, here I am trying to start over on this plan of mine to reduce my size. It's a never-ending battle that I will fight the rest of my life!
We have a new wight challenge at work where we have to log everything to turn in. So, I thought that my eating was pretty healthy...until I look at it on paper and whoa....it's a NOT what I had pictured in my head. I really need to concentrate on getting more vegetables. I'm going to do this....it's just going to take more effort!
Sorry your blog is missing, love the image. I remember when I started tracking and also when I realized some things I'm just not willing to work off so I just pass on them and have more of the real food. Good luck in your challenge! 1485 days ago
