Good News.

I woke up to this good news today on my profile: “Poedaughter7 lost 2.8 lbs since her last weigh-in! Poedaughter7's lost 9.8 lbs so far.” Woot, progress! The first 5 pounds could just be water, but when it gets to be 9 or 10 there is real progress going on. The Alli diet plan with book is fully the best thing on the market. It is pricey, but one of the few things NOT a scam in the vitamin shelf at the market. I tried the green tea pills, pretty much all the pills out there before I got to Alli. None really worked, and I get headaches so many pills made the head pain worse. With Alli there is no head pain, and a diet plan really working. In addition I got an air fryer that works with no grease, and a food processor that cuts vegetables into fancy shapes for the air cooker. The Alli books says each gram of protein only has three calories, and each gram of fat has 10 so low fat really does lower the intake without an empty stomach.
