Exercising with a cold

I started feeling sick Wednesday morning with a sore throat. Thursday my throat hurt even more and I started coughing and sneezing a lot. Friday I felt like crap with a runny/stuffy nose. Thursday was a rest day but Friday was booty and thigh day. Even though I felt crap I did my exercises. It was just 5 exercises 1 set of 20 (4 doing both side) plus a plank. Afterwards I felt like my head was going to pop.
Today I feel a little better but not by much. I still just feel like curling up under the covers and vegging out. Todays exercise is core. I want to do it because Im doing good so far and I dont want to miss a day. But we will see how I feel come 8.
