First week on sparkpeople

So far I've made it through 5 days! Very excited to be here. I have tracked my food and exercise before. However, It never showed me my nutrition, the exact carbs, protein, fat, etc... as well as how much I've burned with the exercise. The most important part of this week was surfing the sparkpeople pages. I'm just figuring it out, but will try other things as the weeks go by. I feel this can be a deal breaker as I've always done it on my own. Now, I can get help from many people here as I need it.
