Still no weight loss geting frustrated. Still exercising 90 min a day and eatin 1200 to 1300 calories. Weighing Food watching sodium what the heck?

    It will happen! Try swapping out some carbs for high protein and healthy fats and adding more water and herbal teas. This always gets me off a plateau. Best wishes!

    I started low carb diet. I lost weight in the first week. I too was watching and counting. I wasn't losing. I am so glad counting carbs. Good feeling to see the scale go down.

    It's hard, trust me, but you will see results sooner or later. You're kicking major butt with all that you are accomplishing. Tracking food, exercising regularly and watching your sodium intake are great steps. I'm proud of you!
