I have been more tired than normal lately. I am working on getting to bed at a better time. Still can do much better on that goal. My son will be 6 in about a month and he was a horrible sleeper!! I am still suffering from the effects of very little sleep. Well I believe that anyway. For most of his first year he was up 3-4 times a night. I didn't want him to wake the rest of the sleeping kids so rushed to quiet him. I get tired just thinking back!!! My son sleeps all night now, mostly and when he doesn't I feel I suffer for days and days after. I want to go back to my twenties when sleep was a thing sometimes needed. LOL Determined to take back my sleep!!

    Luckily, I've always been able to get by on just a few hours of sleep.
    It is NOT Selfish to get Your Sleep. You've got to take care of You so that You Can Take Care Of Your Family!!

    I found I'm more tired when I decrease my calorie intake and increase my physical activity. Have to find a balance.
