Starting fresh.

I started using this app this past summer. Lost 10 pounds the first month. Next thing I know I gained 20. I wasn't logging any food or exercising at all. I completely stopped trying. This is the highest I've weighed (180) and I'm determined to get back to where I was. It won't be easy but I know if I try and stick with it that I'll make it. 2017 is my year!!! ❤️

    I do the same thing! Thankfully I have a friend who is helping even when I don't feel like it. Try, try, and never stop trying! Best of luck!
