I steped on the scale this morning and it read... 190.6 hahahaha 190.6 really i could not believe it. I moved the scale and tried again... 190.6! Down 8.4lbs after 32 days of exercise and just into my 3rd week of my diet and no pop. I was at the point sometimes when i thought doing all this all together was too much too fast. I almost started believing some people who said I would give up. One person said, "Im suprised hes still doing it this long!" That was really motivatng for me. Others said,"it will all be water weight" and "oh you havent lost hardly any weight yet? You gotta be cheating on your diet!" So thank you to all the negative people with so many negative comments. It only added fuel to my fire. I can do this. I will do this. I am doing this. I am! I am! I am! "LETS GET MOTIVATED!"
