I gained two pounds this week but it isn't the end of the world

I've been exercising as much as possible, and getting stronger is my number one goal, so the fact that I feel stronger is a big gain. These last three days I've eaten way too much sugar, which I was trying to stop doing, so I'm not happy about that. On the other hand, the stress of the last three days has been really hard to handle, and so difficult that I'm not surprised that something had to give. I'm determined to do better today, to do my stretches, get my walk, and eat nutritious food. I've done it before, I can do it again
