Well like clock work I got my new year cold/respiratory infection. It kept me down for about a week or two..still have a lingering cough but I was able to run/ walk 2 days this week. Today was better than saturday but I got out there.Anyone else hate running while running? but once its done is like wow i did it again.
I have over 130lbs to loose, and i know my weight plays a big part of my ability. However even though I know this fact my emotions dont seem to get it... I get frustrated at my "lack" of improvement or weight lose. I'm not getting results fast enough...but I know this is silly. It won't just "fall" off. ..not the lbs not the time...but patience has never been a strong characteristics of mine. How have you stayed sane and plug on when all you want to do is curl up and sleep?
