This week did not start out that great. Yesterday I did not get up on time, snoozed my alarm until I had no time left to work out before work, and couldn't get motivated to get up so I was late to work. Some of it is depression related from losing my mom I think but life goes on. I got out of work late last night so I didn't go after either. I did eat pretty well so it wasn't totally terrible for working toward my goal of a healthier me. Today I still didn't get up in time to work out but I don't blame myself too much on that since I didn't sleep that well. I WILL go after work tonight.
I had a nutritious breakfast this morning- a smoothie made with berries and my vanilla protein powder. I made a concerning discovery on my protein powder I've been putting in my smoothies though- it has 17g of sugar per serving! Just a reminder to be more careful what I'm putting in my body. I hope everyone has a great day!
