-I consumed 8.525 calories this week, which averages 1220 calories per day. I was very sick this week, so I ate less than usual. I met my caloric goals 6/7 days this week.
-I earned 520 fitness minutes this week, and I burned 3.440 calories!
-Including exercise, I averaged 730 net calories a day. That is on target for weight loss!
-After TOM left, I am averaging three pounds lighter. I went from 168 before to 165 now. I think I am still trending downwards! My goal was to reach 166 this month. I think I will pass it!
