Almost a week

So far, not terrible. Lol I am so good during the week with work and everything to keep me structured but man, I really realize now how many more calories I've been putting down on the weekends! Not normally a breakfast eater so I tend to eat heavier later in the day. (Breakfast before 10am makes me nauseous too). During the weekends, that added meal blows me up over 1,600 calories and out of my happy zone. Grr! Well at least I now know what the second issue with weight loss has been for me. This plus a sedentary life style. Time to up the exercise and go light on the weekend breakfasts!

    Breakfast is so important to start your day and your metabolic engine. After your breakfast make the weekends and good time to pump up the fitness with an extra power walk or workout of any sort.
