Cheeseburger = tough run day

Yesterday I was really craving meat and I realized from my nutrition tracker that I haven't eaten much meat this past week, and I've been a little low on daily protein. As a result, I ended up eating too much fat for lunch yesterday when I split a cheeseburger and fries with my husband. It was entirely my fault since I wanted beef for lunch and suggested burgers. But now I realize that I need to keep up with my protein amounts each day to keep cravings at bay. I think it was the overeating yesterday that made today's run a bit tough at the beginning, but I was feeling better by the end of the run. I even went the full 6 miles of my training program despite the rain and cold and not feeling great, because I told myself that there are going to be other days when the weather isn't great but I'll have to run even longer, and I can't just cheat whenever the weather isn't great.
