These are my go to guys when I need to get a workout in and do it rather quickly.

I wouldn't try Millionaire Hoy unless you have been training for a while, HE KICKS butt!!!

I love the Fitness Blender duo because they help trim my belly and thigh fat. Also, don't do there 1000 calorie burn on a daily basis.

Jessica Smith has also been introduced on Sparkpeople. If you love to do cardio amped walks, which they are not really walks but masterfully crafted to tone you up, make you sweat and can burn a few calories, she's tricky. Why, you ask? Cause you can't believe this is actually a workout but burn Baby burn indeed.

This next young lady is a bit methodical cause she can get in those abs, arms and butt like nobody's business and her workouts are usually under 30 minutes.

My hubby always wonders how I get my stomach to go down, key is to hold your tummy while your are controlling it with your breath movements. They make it work for me.
