I KNEW I was forgetting something yesterday. After church, I made a slow cooker meal for dinner. Washed, dried, folded and put away a load of clothes and read a book while I did a half hour on the recumbent bike. Made the dough for a loaf of whole wheat bread that I baked this morning. Haven't tasted it yet but my co-workers are lovin'it. Love my orange Lodge Dutch Oven!
Had a good week so far but not much exercise. It felt good to get back on the bike. I'll find out tomorrow night how well I did this week. Last week's weigh-in showed me staying the same. Lack of exercise hurts!
