Day 15 Fitness Challenge

Back on track up early this morning. I did 2.56 miles walk/jog combination. It's was slow and steady, and I pulled out my step platform and did 5 minutes of various stepping moves. I've already done over 9,300 steps before 8am. My last weigh in was 263.8. Fitwithin
